At the beginning of the year I came in with all of these talks about Zine Month and Rite and Card Rails and Reunification and and and... And it has been tough to focus on fun things with the world the way it is right now. Supply Issue Issues

If you recall I was going to release two zines: RITE and Reunification. I still am, but they will be delayed. The main reason is that I typically run everything as an A6-sized zine. They're perfect for your pocket, don't take up much space, and can fit in standard first class USPS mail. Well, my usual printer has been out of A6 paper for a bit, and it looks like it'll continue a bit longer. So I'm simply going to focus my efforts elsewhere for now.

Distilled & Focused: A New Subscription Zine

If you missed the announcement about it, you can check it out on this long Twitter thread here, but this is Distilled & Focused. Distilled & Focused is a creative and collaborative publication, intended to amplify underrepresented and newer voices in the RPG world. Be it art or game design, Distilled & Focused is a diverse and inclusive place for voices to be heard.

It will be a 24-ish page 6”x6” color zine full of role-playing games, supplements and charts, original artwork, and photography. It gets released every three months.

The first issue is RITUALS. I have already received a number of submissions for it, and they look so good. I'll spend the month of March laying it out, and then releasing it in April some time.

Union Station

I have been thrilled with the reception of Union Station. New Mill Industries has done and incredible job with it, and I am so happy. Tony has been working tirelessly to get them out to people quickly, with the second 500 going out now-ish.

Card Rails

More info about this later, but I might be exchanging Card Rails Junction for Card Rails Exchange this year. Playtesting has been tough to get to recently. Wait a second, did I not mention I already had a couple more Card Rails games designed? Oops!

Patreon + WTF Did They Keep This?

Last month I began a Patreon exclusively for weird stuff when I feel like releasing something. Last month, I released Syncopation, a 1-12p RPG about starting your own jazz band. It's silly, and I have tons of copies available if you'd like to grab one here.

Either March or April I will release Why the F*** Did They Keep This? It's a solo journaling RPG about going through the stuff of someone who has passed on. I've released darker things before, but this is rather whimsical. It's 18 cards and comes in a sweet little tuckbox. It's almost ready to go, so I will post in here again next month when it's ready.
